How Can I Learn the Word for Dilemma in Japanese as an Adult?

As an adult your ability to like to learn that information in a different way than you would as a child which suits your brain is just there. So for me at least the child the whole like child adult thing is kind of only relevant if you're trying to learn things like you would have learned them as a child um and if you try and if you just think about like okay like what's the most systematic way that I can learn this thing as an adult? It seems crazy to me the idea that my 10 year old self would have been better than me at learning anything.
