What Are the Rings Made Out Of?

We think that the rings are made out of ice and dust. That's also, you know, what the planets are made from. Beyond the frost line, there's a lot of ice in them. So when we're talking about ice, we do mean water ice. This is like H2O, but there's also other kinds of ice as well.
