The Front-Front Remote Work Versus in-Person Debate Is Too Ideological
The default of working now is hybrid. The market has decided that we now have a four-day work week. Monday is sort of like a flex day. Maybe you come in. Maybe you don't. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, you're coming into an office. This is like more than half of the people are coming into the office. And then like Fridays are like whatever it is. I think last one I've learned. Friday is like a default remote day now.
