PPO Practices - Can You Afford to Give Wages?

Ideally, we want wages for all non-doctors to be at 28% or less. That would exclude the owner dentist and any associate docs. If you're a PPO practice, hygiene is now a loss leader because that doesn't even include the overhead associated with your hygiene department.
