When Mahashwari joined Microsoft seven years ago as the head of the sales unit, he came with a lot of rich experience. He had spent more than 12 years at Honeywell India, the US-based conglomerate in aerospace, industrial and consumer tech. Prithap spoke to executives from Microsoft India as well as its rivals and they told him what changed the company's growth trajectory.
