Scientists are trained to ask questions and not agree with each other. It's healthy skepticism, especially if a claim is extraordinary that's put on the table. I think what could turn out to be one of the big science results of the year is this claim from South Korea That they made a high temperature superconducting. If that works, that moves power at room temperature, all sorts of great stuff.
