Onboarding Feedback - What Do You Think?

Gooder is always trying to adapt its process based on feedback. The real question is at what point do we not do it? How big's too big? My sense is never. It's just if we're a thousand people's, maybe you get a year to do it. Like something like that. I can't remember half the stuff we don't do anymore.
