I'm one of almost the only ministers in the world with carbon budgets, where 93 and 97% towards our carbon budgets ending in five and 10 years time. So I basically turned it from a sort of sort of hair-shirted thing into a full-throated, this is amazing. The clean growth plan was the first industrial strategy really that the UK had since Margaret Thatcher. If you can align the public and private players together around the outcome you want and the price you want,. you can do extraordinary things. You know, I don't believe that I think we're all great... We're just different political parties essentially disagreeing about the same thing.
