Two years ago the federal government started to roll out several streams of support, tax breaks and news room wage subsidies. Now i can report on what it is doing, except i can't because they 're not telling us. They promised that they would tell us. But evan solomon wanted to make super duper sure that there was no wiggle room in there. People want to know, whatever media organization applies for money from this 600 million dollar fund, will the applications be public? Yes, i think yes. And yet, no, no, we do not know who applied. It's really important that we do so, and we will.
