My impression is that they had a pretty big loss on the bonds going into the bankruptcy process and their stake there. I be honest, i've not talked to prescott. I do not know what their intents are with business. Oe, perfect. And just one more quick question on prescott. Prescott has a a member on the board, right? Do you think prescott kind of blest that strategy an said, hey, we'd rather stand alone than hit, than hit any of these bids?"
