How we come across is very, very important. i don't want my kids to remember me with a phone always in my hand and taking my attention from them. We re watch the social dilemma with our oldest two if you haven't watched that as soon as possible. And it just gives a really powerful illustration of technology and the way it is designed to be addictive. What's that doing to the mental health of this generation? The more focused we can be on a single task, mono tasking, the better off were we'll be.
