i think charter cities over the next 30 years are going to play a pretty small role in kind of meaningful technological innovation. i like ther there is thi if you want to push the teer, i think you basiclly need to be in america. I had lunch with tyler cowan recently, and he was like, ok, if you had the choice to go to new zealand or to spend the pandemic there, berite, these were places that were basicly open. They closed their boarders and they had very few cases, and you could go and have lunch with your friends. And so it's, i don't think it's unique to academia perse
