Lisa milton, executive publisher of harlequin is responsible for mills and boone. The company has been a real innovator throughout its history. It was ahead of the curve with e books and with selling books outside of bookshops. And marketing books to women was an unusual tact to take then - albeit with somewhat cynical motivation.
