And without doubt, it's VO to every single time this athlete will do better if they do more VO to. If you want to be Jacob Ingebrenson and win the 1500 meter or the 5k you have to have a very exceptional set of qualities. But if you want to get better as an age group or in the triathlon man, you've got so much stuff to work on. You've got so many different ways to earn time. It's not going to beVO to max it's going to be the most important one.
