By 40, you need to live in such a way that you're getting lots of passion, purpose and flow - living with passion, purpose, and flow. You want to unlock levels of empathy and all that stuff that matters for anybody who doesn't have it already. And then in our 50s we really gain access to this creative thinking, creative activities that unlock all these skills beyond what we can get now.
