First it's really jobless claims have to really take off. Those, those data lines are near all time lows. Then you think, well, people have a lot of equity. They're going to sell. This is true. So that will pop up in the new listings data and then when you see credit stress, you'll see 30 day late, 60 day late. All these things start to take off on their own. And I don't blame them. It has been a very, very bad 11 years for this group."
