Is It a Different Skill Set?

There are usually three reasons that you would sell a security. The first is, you screwed up. You had some sense of a fundamental outlook, which has not proven to be accurate. And so that's the good reason to sell something. So there may be a case where you think stock a is attractive, but now you identify stock b, which looks even more attractive,. Just to improve your relative position. It probably is a different skill set. But, and we right about this an expectations.
