This is not 2008. This is not the banks handing out a bunch of loans. They largely don't. It's more about they weren't giving anybody interest rates and everybody wanted their money back. Can we really raise interest rates anymore with even allowing that part of the economy to still maintain itself? I want to talk about that next, but also there's this idea of these swap lines with the rest of the world.
