The first conversation you've got to have is not with somebody else's, but with yourself. What do you want? What are you going to settle for? What are your goals? I have a little tactic I do with my coaching clients and I'll run it through with you so you can try it. Write down at the top in big letters 20, 27. That's five years from now. Five years is a long way in the future. A lot can happen in five years. And then underneath that, I want you to write one, two, three, four, five,. okay? So you write down one, 2, 3, 4, 5 without too much overthinking
