How to Allocate to Your Own Strategies
I think I've got reasonably deep expertise and quantitative strategies. If I go out and try to do due diligence on another manager that runs quantitative strategies, they're not going to be able to tell me everything. So I just feel more comfortable allocating to my own strategies because I know them the best. And from the perspective of stocks and bonds, I just think that they're over-owned,. They have pretty low prospective, expected risk adjusted returns relative to the other premia that I choose to invest in.
