We mocked up a bunch of these story boards and shared them, put them on ta wall. And out of those came these, the thinking around these three flagship products. One was this idea that a customer has a physical wallet in their purse or their bag with a set of payment methods at the es. The other one was a stored value balance called ubra cash where you could see the transactions across all the different alps when you pay for whether it's a train ticket or a scooter or a bike or an ubra x.
