When you run your own business, what happens is you will spend maybe three or four percent of your time on figuring out strategy and direction. And then 96, 97, 98% of time goes into all the blocking and tackling to make that strategy happen. So a lot of entrepreneurs think that when they control their business, they control their destiny. But actually really the market controls you, you don't control anything.
