TypeScript - What Inspired You to Start a Newsletter About TypeScript?

I have to say that the language I spend most of my time in is Ruby and it is also weekly type. It's very comfortable for me and it doesn't bother me that the variables can change types or that I can have a function or method return, myriad of types - anything like that. The one thing that makes me okay with it is that they are diligent about reverse compatibility, right? Backwards compatibility. Yeah. How many people do you have subscribed now? So I would 365 or more. But college is not so three something. Very cool. And I'm trying to figure out how exactly to teach type script and be effective at it.
