Persephone and Aphrodite in the Odyssey
Persephone is this kind of terrific goth underworld queen. Who really had to claw her way there. She's also just narratively such an interesting foil to Psyche as two young women who were suddenly brought or dragged to their husband's house. And additionally, I was really interested in the myth of Adonis as well. So that's the way I went about folding the other myths in.
