I've been guilty of forcing too many things into my day and no enjoyment. Put something in your day because when you can do something you enjoy, that's going to feel better for you rather than all these things you've got to force yourself to. The second thing, make sure you've regularly got high quality information in. What I'm referring to is listening or reading things that are going to help your mind. It's going to help you improve, maybe yourself improvement. Make you feel good, right? If you've got negativity constantly coming in, i.e. the news, which is not good for your mental health,.
