Alchemy is one of the biggest power house franchise yoga companies in the country. Founded by a former crossfit coach who wanted to create his own version of boot camp style classes. Started out with 'cross fit light' class, then switched to ten minute amra session. Now has three locations and plans to expand into other countries.
