injury doesn't necessarily mean every elderly patient who spends half an hour on the floor has got the equivalent of being run over a boss just to clarify that. No one actually really knows the timescales involved here and when we should be concerned but I think what the faculty document is good for is just raising that flag that it is not just the patient that's trapped by a massive concrete block that we need to be worried about. It could well be those longer insidious lies but I agree it may well be could rather than is cool man so okay so if we've added this differential to our list of possibilities what interventions do we need to consider?
