In some sense, that's like just above the layer of salesy junk mail that comes into your mail box. If we're requiring people to have references only from these places, the impact of that decision is still a desperate one. The other point that i wanted to open up was around accountability. So you removed the restrictions of the schools, but now we are relying on the networks. Well, the networks are also segregation, as to be plainting out.
