How Do You Turn Off Judgment?

How do we open our hearts more? How do we turn off the judgment? Like i feel my father's voice, you know, who's a loser and who's not a like. We want to look at people and situations with attention, not judgment. It has nothing to do with politics. It has none of us are well till all of us areWell. And it's like walking each other home means your your loving people into wholeness.
