Steve is just a normal regular guy who is like he's he's seen some stuff and he's just like game to be part of the thing. Carolyn sort of in lists him after resurrecting him after like you know the killing him yeah sure mishap which is also done for a very specific reason that I won't even get into because it's too like you could we could spend a lot of time with each like granular little bit of the way that the universe works  but unfortunately we just don't have timeYeahyeah but every little thing that happens comes back in his a ends up being an intentional plot point on so there was a whole sequence where these dogs start following Steve through
