The Importance of Leadership in the BHC System

There was a major investment in building out the capabilities of those of the HCRC, so kind of selecting them differently. There are still some who are not stellar, but there are really stellar, really effective, impressive leaders. And 15 years ago, someone like me during my time at Ofta would not have looked to the HC as a useful resource necessarily. But now we're starting to pay off by that point.
