Complex or develop mental drama is where we're talking about several draumatic events. These can be things like a being abandoned as a child, or not having enough in motion or a support. It could be things like witnessing arguing or physical abuse of somebody else happening. All these things affect us a lot more during the developmental period when we're a child.
