Cash Wellness Carelessness - Is That a Problem?

My cash position is worse now than it was 18 months ago. I've been drawing down sort of operating balances and lying to myself about whether that's a problem. So my basic resolution is that it's like be in YNAB all the time. It's a 90% giving every dollar a job and 10% rolling with the punches.
