How Would You Deal With a High Performer?

Dave: How would you deal with a high performer? Somebody who goes out and kills it every day, or 60% of the days. Their best is better than most people's 100%. But then they just seem disinterested the other 40% of the time. Dave: I just have a low tolerance for lack of ambition and motivation. So personally, so it would be hard for me.
