The Importance of Confidence in Decision Making

i've had at least two or three women in mentoring sessions saying their boss have gone into feedback get feedback and the boss has saidYeah yeah yeah no you're great and we think you're amazing you just lack confidence. A lot of women's lack of confidence comes from the fact that we work in a workforce where discrimination and sexism are still there. The third reason is probably leaning into perfectionism a bit too much and holding out for perfect rather than settling for good enough. i wish i could teach every young woman who are all super high achievers who come through future women how to make decision making decisions.
