The Purgatory Indulgences of the Old Covenant People
This is something that goes all the way back even before the time of Christ, you know, Jesus alludes to it. They took up a collection, sent it to Jerusalem, and offered sacrifices for the souls of these men so they would be purified from their sins. He who sins against the Holy Spirit is sin will never be forgiven neither in this age or in the age to come. This is foundational to the understanding of purgatory indulgences and so forth. It's really been more fully revealed in the New Testament exactly why this is so.
