The Importance of Intentional Community

When Shane Clabron was 21 he and a few friends from his college Eastern University co-founded an intentional community in that same Kensington neighborhood. Over time it has grown from one house to six including both single and married people with children. They all commit to singleness or monogamy and to contemplation and action intertwined. He went looking for real Christians in the contemporary world and he ended up seeking out Mother Teresa in India in the last year of her life.
