Are We Committing Ourself in Exchange for Money?

Our attention is work, depending on how we work and the hours we might spend most of our week on or at work. We need to really start paying attention to where attention friction exhaustion is coming up for us. You would be shocked at how many companies have very unethical practices with their staff. If these are things that matter to us, whether we're working for a company that says that those things matter or not, we have to consider whether this is somewhere that we can continue working for in the long term.
