The conscious is generally the seven points of focus you can think of at one particular time. We've normally got around about four five to nine points of attention that we can consciously focus on something but beneath all that there's this entire other system going on. So what we're aware of consciously is based on a massive iceberg of other things so someone will say I have low self-esteem and a therapist might try to dig in or during part therapy which is sometimes a hypnosis pro sorry a hypnotic process. breathwork is a wonderful way to be able to bring stuff from the bottom of that iceberg up to the surface.
