LZ Granderson: Liberty depends on virtue, and without it you can't have liberty. He says the left is trying to replace that with a kind of license for sexual pleasure. LZ: We're going to see an increase in self-reinforcing totalitarianism if we don't stop this trade-off. "You expand things to guarantee it, but then you also have to control it," he says.
