Being busy is comfortable for you. Your nervous system prefers a familiar hell to an unfamiliar heaven. Sometimes we just get so used to being tense or anxious or tight that relaxing feels foreign to us. The way to reverse this is to just practice more, right? Creating space for that unfamiliar feeling of relaxation. And then eventually it's going to get more and more comfortable for you to be relaxed.
