Sleep is so crucial. That's the first thing i try to tackle right after changing up the diets with my my clients. As everyone gets an orring, actually have a coach's view where i get to hit refresh and see what my clients are doing - which is kind of creepy. A i notice for my automimune, if i get my ideal is eight hours, if I get less than six, i will have a flare up. And something as simple as taking a 20 minute nap, trying to fit that in, we'll make a world of a difference.
