It's actually quite hard to explain why you found something else funny. I think it maybe that TikTokers are actually not very fond of the sound of their own voices. So they use this robotic voice, which is the kind of automatic reader voice of TikTok. More often you see the passage on screen and you read it yourself. If I made a TikTok video, I'll just read it. It happens a bit.
