How Long Does It Take to Launch a Parachute?

After the motor burns out there's this delay charge so from the time that your motor starts burning. The center of pressure or the center of lift has to always be behind or like downwind of your center of mass. If you have a bigger rocket then you have like a drogue parachute like a bigger one. There was a rumor or i don't know if it was a rumor but  the original engines are very clearly ahead now my correct me if i'm originally thought that it was because of this whole thing because of Center of Lift, which is basically where all the aerodynamic forces are acting and they're still coming down fast.
