Coinbase and the SEC's Surveillance Sharing Agreement
The SEC has not allowed these things to pass and NASDAQ filing with them potentially solves it. That would solve their one complaint they've always had, which is that Bitcoin can be manipulated. BlackRock also said two years ago or three years ago, maybe four or five, sorry, time slide. We would never do a Bitcoin ETF. So they have a lot riding on this.
