Are You Eating Zero Sugar?

In recent years, studies have indicated that people in the lowest quintile of consumption of added sugars have a lower risk of heart disease. But other studies haven't found that to be the case. And so if someone is eating that way on a daily basis, it's a good bet that something is going on in their life and in their relationship with food. Eating disorders, chronic dieting, and weight stigma can all lead to greater consumption of added sugar.
