Is the U.S. Supreme Court Going to Moot the Case?

The North Carolina Supreme Court is set to be heard March 14th. The Solicitor General's office filed their brief noting that the public health order about the, you know, establishing the pandemic as a public health emergency is now set to expire May 11th. This suggests that this moots the case and it would be mooted under Muncings Ware. We've actually talked about this, but just revisit that before it happens.
