The Hidden Power of Mindfulness for ADHD

There are so many things that we've hidden from ourselves. We literally had to like hide repressed, dissociate. One of the characteristics of somebody with ADHD is that they are driven by the now. They're in the present, but not in a mindful way. The past is way too painful. The future is unsafe and unpredictable. So if I'm shutting all that out to stay safe, I'm disconnected from my bodies.
