Calorie Counting Doesn't Lose Weight

The myth is that calorie counting is fairly easy to do and everyone public should do it. The government provides these calorie counts on foods etc but they're not accurate plus or minus 20%. Cheap processed food will have the same calorie score as a really high quality food. Professionals cannot accurately calorie count most of the stuff in restaurants plus or minus 50% because the portion size is very so you got no real idea what you're actually consuming, he says. He adds: 'Vast majority of people fail if they use long term calorie restriction'
