The Importance of Performance in React Beautiful D&D
React Beautiful D&D is a browser tool that teaches users how to do something from scratch. It's pretty heavy, about 30 kilobytes G-Zipped; you can have two or three drag and drop libraries on your app. So in an innovation week, I had the idea of what if I did away with the physicality of React Beautiful D &D and just created a library for drag and drop that was going to be as fast as possible. And it kind of worked.
